Our vendors offer a wide variety of categories including regular tiffin meal boxes, drinks and beverages, freshly baked goods, packaged and preserved foods, and specialty or seasonal items. Each vendor defines their own categories so you'll always find something unique.
After each completed order, customers can leave a star rating and written review for the vendor. Reviews are verified — only people who have actually ordered can leave them. This helps you confidently choose the best home chefs in your area.
Yes! Each vendor independently chooses whether to offer delivery, pickup, or both. You'll see the available fulfilment options clearly on each vendor's page before you order.
For Customers
When a vendor offers a subscription plan, you can sign up for recurring deliveries (weekly, bi-weekly, or on custom schedules). Payment is handled automatically each cycle. You can pause your subscription at any time — for a holiday, for example — or cancel it completely whenever you like with no penalties.
Absolutely. You have full control. You can pause a subscription (skip cycles while keeping it active) or cancel it outright at any point directly from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
Online card payments are processed through Stripe when a vendor offers online checkout. For pay on pickup/delivery orders, no card details are collected on the platform.
For Vendors
Vendor accounts and store details are free to create. To add menu items, service areas, and receive orders, vendors start the configurable monthly subscription, currently CA$20.00/month.
Pay on pickup/delivery does not require Stripe. If you enable online card payments, the platform deducts the configured 5% transaction fee from online payments before payout.
For pay on pickup/delivery orders, you and the customer receive each other's contact details and coordinate payment directly. For online card payments, Stripe transfers your earnings to your connected account after the configured transaction fee.
Yes. You can enable recurring subscription plans on any of your menu items. Customers subscribe once and are charged automatically on the schedule you set. Subscriptions give you predictable recurring revenue and loyal customers. Customers can pause or cancel their own subscriptions at any time.
Yes. You have full control over your fulfilment method. You can offer delivery only, pickup only, or both simultaneously. You can also define your delivery radius and set different rules per item type if needed.
There is no signup fee. Vendors pay the configured monthly subscription to unlock selling tools. Online card payments are optional and use the configured 5% platform transaction fee; pay on pickup/delivery does not require Stripe setup.
