Our vendors offer a wide variety of categories including regular tiffin meal boxes, drinks and beverages, freshly baked goods, packaged and preserved foods, and specialty or seasonal items. Each vendor defines their own categories so you'll always find something unique.

After each completed order, customers can leave a star rating and written review for the vendor. Reviews are verified — only people who have actually ordered can leave them. This helps you confidently choose the best home chefs in your area.

Yes! Each vendor independently chooses whether to offer delivery, pickup, or both. You'll see the available fulfilment options clearly on each vendor's page before you order.

For Customers

When a vendor offers a subscription plan, you can sign up for recurring deliveries (weekly, bi-weekly, or on custom schedules). Payment is handled automatically each cycle. You can pause your subscription at any time — for a holiday, for example — or cancel it completely whenever you like with no penalties.

Absolutely. You have full control. You can pause a subscription (skip cycles while keeping it active) or cancel it outright at any point directly from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details on our servers. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.

For Vendors

Yes, completely free. There are no signup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no listing fees. You can list unlimited items at no cost. The only charge is a 5% platform fee deducted automatically from each completed order plus the payment processing fee that is charged by the payment processor (Stripe). This fee varies depending on amount and region. You can find more details about this on their website.

When a customer places an order, we deduct 5% of the order value as our platform fee. This covers hosting, payment processing, customer support, and ongoing platform development. There are no hidden charges, no payment gateway surcharges passed to you, and no surprise deductions. If an order is $100, you receive $95.

Payments are handled automatically through Stripe. When a customer pays for an order, your earnings (after the 5% platform fee) are transferred directly to your connected bank account. You don't need to chase payments or send invoices.

Yes. You can enable recurring subscription plans on any of your menu items. Customers subscribe once and are charged automatically on the schedule you set. Subscriptions give you predictable recurring revenue and loyal customers. Customers can pause or cancel their own subscriptions at any time.
